I hold an MBA in Arts Leadership and Innovation, with a focused research and field immersion in donor acquisition and funding systems. This included the design of a real-world fundraising concept and an eight-month capstone project carried out in collaboration with development managers at the Pierre Boulez Saal (Berlin) and the Reina Sofía School of Music (Madrid).

My core strength is grant writing. Over the course of my career, I have secured grants ranging from €90,000 to €250,000, working across a wide range of funding frameworks. I have extensive experience preparing applications in English and German, from relatively straightforward programmes (such as Berlin’s Hauptstadtkulturfonds) to highly complex, competitive funding schemes including Creative Europe.
Beyond writing, I support organizations in shaping fundable projects, clarifying objectives, defining impact, and aligning narratives with funder language and assessment criteria. I also bring practical, on-the-ground experience from international arts markets and professional platforms, which strengthens the realism and credibility of proposals.
