Conference & Meeting Design & Facilitation

Do you organize conferences or large meetings? Do you want these to inform, inspire, and bring people together, but you don’t have the time to deal with details nor the training in creating optimal “show flow”? Do you wish your sessions and meetings had “buzz”, that each participant came away not only informed, but energized?

I can help.

Jennifer’s facilitation skills were nothing short of amazing. Her ability to structure a conference session that simultaneously spotlighted the perspectives of brilliant panelists while honouring the experience and wisdom of the audience was a wonder to behold. Her preparation reflected careful listening and transparent, inclusive processes, and she delivered the session with clarity and charisma.

Most attendees won’t tell you when a session feels unfocused or unengaging. Instead, they quietly check their emails on their phones, and wait for the next coffee break. It doesn’t have to be that way.

Well-designed sessions help speakers share their expertise clearly and concisely, give audiences a meaningful role in the conversation, and leave participants feeling that their time was well spent. When structure, facilitation, and purpose are aligned, satisfaction rises.

Jennifer delivered structure, clear objectives, and facilitation that honoured both our time and collective energy. She guided the session toward real outcomes, ensuring we participants left with concrete actions to take into our work. While panelists were present, the session never became a competition for airtime; instead, Jennifer created a deep sense of equality, making sure every voice was heard. The result felt connective and expansive, advocating for everyone in the room and beyond.

What I offer you

I work with you and your speakers to design and facilitate sessions that are purposeful, engaging, and outcome-driven. I bring decades of international experience in meeting and conference design within the arts and cultural sector. For ten years, I honed an average of 35 sessions per year for Classical:NEXT, refining “show flow” designs and coaching speakers to help turn their ideas into sessions that truly worked for audiences. I’ve designed and delivered sessions for the Hong Kong Performing Arts Expo, the Association of British Orchestras, Deutsche Orchestertag, ECHO Concert Hall Association, and the Sphinx Organization. My background in teacher training at the University of Cambridge and formal certification in meeting design inform a rigorous, practical approach to creating learning and exchange environments that deliver positive experiences.

How you benefit

Memorable sessions and meetings don’t happen by chance. They are carefully prepared and expertly realized. The result: sessions that keep attention, surface collective intelligence, and deliver clear value to your attendees. If you want your attendees to be present, engaged, and genuinely satisfied (even if they never say it out loud), contact me for a free, non-committal initial talk about your needs.
